We’re important as an organization because of our good rapport with customers – KEDCO

The Management of Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) says it is set to observe the customer service week (CSW), an international event celebrated annually during the first full week in October (5- 9th), to recognize customers across Kano franchise area.

According to the Management, the week for KEDCO is to appreciate its numerous customers who have been cooperating with us to build a robust power sector to sustain the economy of businesses across Kano, Katsina and Jigawa states.

Also in the course of celebrating and recognizing our customers this week, our front line staff who have been instrumental to improving customer satisfaction within the last one year will be honoured as well.

The event, according to company’s Head Corporate Communications, Ibrahim Sani Shawai, will allow KEDCO to celebrate and reward most loyal customers in different Customer class, base on their support and consistency in payments while appreciating them for staying with it.

In his message, Dr Jamil Isyaku Gwamna, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, KEDCO said: “ this year’s CSW with theme; “Dream Team” presents us an opportunity to show our numerous customers that we value their patronage and the relationship over the years.

“As we celebrate our customers, we wish to reassure them that we are not going to lower our standards in giving them improved power supply and responding to all manners of complaints to ensure that we build a robust customer-centric organization’
