OPEC scribe, Mohammad Barkindo arrives Nigeria

The Organization of Petroleum and Exporting countries (OPEC), Secretary General, Dr Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo, has arrived Nigeria on official visit.

He arrived Nigeria last night from Vienna, Austria.

ENERGY TIMES learnt that during his visit Dr Bakindo is expected to meet Nigeria’ s President, Mohammadu Buhari, Minister of State for Petroleum Resources and top oil industry stakeholders.

Part of the visit, it was further learnt, unconnected to Nigeria’s 50th anniversary of joining OPEC as oil producing nation.

Bakindo’s visit will last some days.
