As part of activities to mark the grand finale of the customer service week (CSW), the Management of Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) says the company yesterday bought token of units to the first hundred customers that visited KEDCO-wide offices to vend.
According to the Management, this initiative is part of the celebration for the grand finale to show appreciation to customers as well as show the extent to which KEDCO can go in gladdening the hearts of customers.
We also presented gifts to customers and gave tablets to about 100 customer service officers to celebrate as well as further encourage them to better serve our customers.
In his keynote address, Dr Jamil Isyaku Gwamna, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, KEDCO pledged the commitment of KEDCO in improving services.
“Since we are a customer-centric organization, we will continue to strategize new ideas and innovations to maximum satisfaction for our customers because they deserve the best. We are committed to making our customers the happiest people and it is very possible,’’ he assured.
Rabo Abdulkarim, a customer from Kano expressed his delight over the event, stating that it had given him the opportunity to relate some burning issues which got the needed attention.
