Buhari renews NDPHC’s MD, Ugbo, EDs tenure for another four years

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the renewal of the appointment of Mr Joseph Chiedu Ugbo as the Managing Director of Niger Delta Power Holding Company and Messrs Babayo Shehu and Ifeoluwa Oyedele as Executive Directors respectively.

The renewal will take effect from August 25, 2020 for a period of four years.
Ugbo was first appointed on August 26, 2016, sequel to the dissolution of Mr James Olotu led management.

According to a statement from the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media & Publicity, Laolu Akande, the President has also approved the appointment of additional three directors for more effective and efficient coverage of the company’s areas of activity.
